- 1 pack of beef hot dogs
- 2 tbsp BBQ rub
- 4 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- Slice hot dogs into 1.5-inch chunks and toss with BBQ rub.
- Cook on a smoker or grill at 225°F for 30 minutes, or in the oven at 250°F for 30 minutes.
- Transfer to a foil pan and coat with melted butter, brown sugar, BBQ sauce, and honey.
- Return to smoker, grill, or oven for 15–20 minutes until caramelized.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
You can add cayenne for spice, Worcestershire for depth, or maple syrup for extra sweetness. Works great in an air fryer too!
