Description

Ingredients

  • ยฝ tsp Himalayan pink salt (finely ground)
  • 1 tbsp raw apple cider vinegar (with the โ€œmotherโ€)
  • Juice of ยฝ lemon
  • 1 cup (250 ml) warm or room-temp filtered water
  • Optional: 1 tsp raw honey

Instructions

  1. Add ยฝ tsp of pink Himalayan salt to a glass.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of filtered water and stir until the salt dissolves.
  3. Add the juice of half a lemon and 1 tbsp of raw apple cider vinegar.
  4. Mix well and optionally stir in 1 tsp of raw honey for sweetness.
  5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.

Notes

Do not exceed ยฝ tsp of pink salt daily. Best consumed on an empty stomach. Consult your doctor if on a sodium-restricted diet.
