Description

A sweet, fruity, vanilla-kissed shooter that brings the nostalgic flavors of pineapple upside-down cake into a fun party shot.


Ingredients

  • 1 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1/2 oz amaretto
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/4 oz grenadine
  • Ice
  • Maraschino cherry (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add vanilla vodka, amaretto, and pineapple juice.
  3. Shake well for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Strain into a shot glass.
  5. Slowly pour grenadine into the glass; it will sink to the bottom, creating a layered effect.
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry if desired.

Notes
