Instructions
- Sift together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gently mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium-low heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
- Pour about ¼ cup batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface (about 2 minutes), then flip and cook for another minute until golden.
- Serve warm with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or whipped cream.
