Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon ground mustard seed
  • ⅛ teaspoon turmeric (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, mustard seed, and turmeric.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, and vinegar until smooth.
  3. Stir in the spice blend and mix until fully combined.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes for best flavor (optional).
  5. Store in a jar or squeeze bottle for up to 7 days.

Notes

For a smoky version, add ½ tsp smoked paprika or a few drops of liquid smoke. For spicy, mix in sriracha or cayenne. Pairs perfectly with burgers, fries, and roasted veggies!
