Description

This Brazilian-inspired apple cider vinegar drink is going viral for a reason. With lemon, ginger, and cinnamon, it supports digestion, curbs cravings, and fits easily into any morning routine.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup warm (not hot) filtered water
  • (Optional) 1 teaspoon raw honey

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 cup of filtered water until warm—not hot.
  2. Add apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, grated ginger, and cinnamon to the water.
  3. If desired, add 1 teaspoon of raw honey to taste.
  4. Stir all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Drink slowly on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning.

Notes

Always dilute apple cider vinegar and never use boiling water. Avoid metal containers. Drink consistently before your first meal for best results.
