Ingredients

- 1 lb lean ground beef (90/10)
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk (whole or plant-based)
- 2 eggs
- 3โ5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite variety)
- 1 cup beer (medium-bodied lager or pale ale)
- 1 tbsp Sriracha (optional)
- 1/2 tsp extra salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ยฐF and lightly grease or line a baking dish.
- Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, soaked Panko, garlic, eggs, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
- Shape into meatballs using a cookie scoop and place in baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, whisk BBQ sauce, beer, Sriracha, and extra salt until smooth.
- Pour sauce over meatballs and bake uncovered for 35โ40 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 160ยฐF.
- Optional: Cook in a slow cooker on low for 5 hours.
Notes
Use medium-bodied beers like lagers or pale ales for best flavor. Avoid overmixing to keep meatballs tender. These taste even better the next day!
